C. Outsourcing of Personal Data Processing

To ensure seamless service delivery and system management, the Korea-Europe Semiconductor R&D Cooperation Center entrusts the processing of personal data to professional external contractors as follows:

Contractors : Smartrain Co., Ltd. (Website Maintenance), Cafe24 Corp. (Server Hosting) Outsourced Tasks : Website system management and maintenance, server operations, and data storage
D. Retention and Use Period of Personal Data

To ensure seamless service delivery and system management, the Korea-Europe Semiconductor R&D Cooperation Center entrusts the processing of personal data to professional external contractors as follows:

Retained until account deletion (membership withdrawal). However, in the event of an ongoing investigation regarding a violation of relevant laws, the data will be retained until the conclusion of the investigation
